This job posting is for our location in Maryland, USA. The candidate must live in the United States.

  • Prospect and generate new leads through cold calls, emails, and social outreach

  • Generate weekly reports for the sales team

  • Work on quarterly projects and objectives

  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to generate leads and represent the company

Stellenanforderungen

  • Basic sales knowledge, including MEDIC and value-based selling methodologies

  • Experience in prospecting, lead generation, and cold outreach

  • Familiarity with automation workflows, CRM systems, and pipeline management

  • Experience with sales development and discovery tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  • Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing and field sales teams

  • Experience organizing trade fairs, events, and customer visits

  • Completed commercial or technical education; background in laboratory equipment sales is a plus

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field is an advantage

  • Prior bioprocessing experience is beneficial

  • Proven track record in cold calling, prospecting, and sales development

  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills with a service-oriented mindset

  • Proficiency in MS Office / Microsoft 365

  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems; Power Automate knowledge is a plus

  • Fluent English required; additional languages such as Spanish are an advantage
