ICT-Technician m/w/d 100%

• Management of workplace resources and IT assets, including monitoring and maintenance of all hardware and software

• First- and second-level support for all workplace-related IT inquiries and issues

• Management of software deployment, including installation, updates, and license management

• Stakeholder management and communication

• Budget management and procurement of IT equipment and software

• Training employees on policies and procedures, as well as new technologies and security practices

• At least 5 years of experience in IT support or IT operations, ideally with a focus on workplace management and asset management

• Excellent knowledge of installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT systems

• CompTIA A+ or Microsoft certification in this field is desirable

• Fluent German skills (spoken and written), English skills at least B1-B2 level
