• Development of bioreactors and shaking devices

• Active participation in all phases of development projects

• Development and evaluation of innovative mechatronic solutions

• Design, calculation, and simulation of systems

• Optimization of components and device assemblies

• Design and creation of manufacturing drawings

• Conducting risk analyses

• University degree (MSc) in Mechanical Engineering

• At least 5 years of experience in development or design, specifically in mechanical and equipment engineering

• Proficient in 3D CAD and MS Office

• Strong task-oriented communication skills with a variety of partners (project team, procurement, production, assembly, and suppliers)

• Innovative, forward-thinking, and practical mindset

• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken, are essential
