• Leadership, organization, and further development of the Order Management team

• Ensuring smooth order processing in compliance with internal and external regulations

• Optimization and further development of processes in the areas of work preparation and order processing

• Planning and coordination of resources to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders

• Ensuring proactive communication with customers and timely responses to customer inquiries

• Close collaboration with internal interfaces such as Production, Sales, Logistics, Engineering, and Quality Management

• Monitoring compliance with delivery deadlines and quality standards

• Ensuring adherence to compliance guidelines, particularly in the area of Trade Compliance, and responsibility for the proper export and import of shipments

• Preparation of reports to analyze production key figures and identify potential for optimization

• A completed degree or a commercial/technical education in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a comparable qualification

• Several years of leadership experience in order management, order processing, or a comparable position

• In-depth knowledge of production processes and manufacturing techniques

• Strong expertise in export processing, customs regulations, and trade compliance

• Familiarity with international trade regulations

• Excellent communication skills

• Solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on quality and service

• Proficient in working with ERP systems and MS Office

• Fluent in German and English; French language skills are an advantage
